I have been working planning vacations for friends and it has been so fun! On top of all of my client task. I’ve been so busy, this weeks newsletter snuck up on me. So I am writing it as I prepare to eat dinner! And watching cheesy Christmas movies, trying to get into a holiday spirit!

Sage Advice

As the seasons shift and the world grows a little quieter, introspection becomes its own kind of magic. It’s the soft lantern we carry inward, illuminating the thoughts, memories, and emotions we often rush past. Introspection isn’t about judging ourselves — it’s about noticing. Noticing what still resonates, what needs release, and what parts of us are ready to grow.

When we allow ourselves even a moment of stillness, we discover truths we’ve been carrying all along. Trust those whispers. They are the wise parts of you asking to be heard. Some introspection practices you could do:

1. The Candle-Shadow Ritual

Light a single candle in a dark or dim room.
Sit with your journal and write whatever the flame reflects back to you:

• What feels heavy?

• What feels bright?

• What needs to be released?

2. Tarot or Oracle “Mirror Spread”

Pull one card only and ask:
“What part of myself needs my attention right now?”
No big spreads, no pressure — just a moment of self-truth through symbolism.

3. The Three-Questions Spell

Ask yourself three questions:

1. What am I proud of?

2. What am I avoiding?

3. What am I craving?
   Answer honestly. Burn or keep the paper depending on what feels right.

4. A Cleansing Walk

Take a walk without headphones.
Ask the land to show you something you need to see.
Notice patterns, signs, or thoughts that bubble up naturally.
This is introspection through movement.

Introspection isn’t about finding every answer it’s about giving yourself the space to listen. Even the smallest moment of stillness can reveal wisdom you didn’t realize you were carrying. Be patient with yourself, trust what rises to the surface, and let your inner knowing guide the way.

Night Sky: Geminids Meteor Showers!

The famous Geminids are often considered the best meteor shower of the year. On the nights of December 13–14, you could see up to 120 meteors per hour, streaking across the sky.

In 2025, the Moon will be a thin crescent, so its light won’t interfere much—making it an excellent year to watch. Geminids are slower and brighter than many other meteor showers, giving you more time to enjoy each meteor. The best time to view is after 8 p.m., with peak activity around midnight to pre-dawn.
